Junior Coaching

Junior coaching re-commences on 6th October 2007. All juniors are welcome. To signup please download the forms below.

The squash junior coaching sessions for the 2007/2008 season will consist of three terms of 5 weeks. Each session will commence at 2pm and last 90 minutes.

Payment for each term will be £10 (for coaching) paid in advance before the term commences. An additional payment for non members of £10 in Term 1 and 2 is applicable, which provides membership (no fob) to Daventry Squash club which covers England Squash Membership, club insurance etc.

Each term has a structured coaching programme and each child’s progress will be monitored. Each child will be placed in a group suitable to their level based on an initial assessment and will remain in that group.

A group of coaches will work with the same group throughout the term to ensure consistency.

Dates

Assessment Days
6th and 13th October These sessions are free and will give the children the opportunity to be assessed and participate in some coaching activities and games and decide if they wish to continue.

Term 1
3rd November 2007 to the 1st December 2007 inclusive (5 weeks).

Term 2
12th January 2008 to the 9th February 2008 inclusive (5 weeks).

Term 3
1st March 2008, 8th March 2008, 15th March 2008, 29th March 2008 and the 21st April 2008
