Court fees
Booking is via our online booking system or via the touchscreen system at the club. On joining you receive an i-button which is programmed with your membership details. if you lose your i-button you will not be able to access the club.
To book courts you must have credit on your account. To get credit you can either login to the system and feed cash into the touchscreen machine or send a cheque to a commitee member who will credit your account remotely.

Peak times times are Monday to Friday:
Court 1 & 2 - 17.20 to 21.20
Court 3, 4, 5 - 17.40 to 21.40
all other times - off peak tarifs apply.
Split booking
Split booking is in operation so that you and your opponent both pay 50% of the total court fee payable.
Split booking is based on one membership ID booking a court at either the kiosk or through the internet. Then at the date and time of play, the system requires a second/different membership ID to activate the light circuit via the court controller situated outside the court. At that point the system will debit the second membership ID account and automatically turn on the court lights. If the booking membership ID is also used to activate the light circuit via the court controller situated outside the court, the system assumes a guest is present and will levy the appropriate guest fee.
Cancellation of courts
If you cancel a court you will receive a partial or full refund depending on when the court is cancelled and whether the court is rebooked by another member.
