You will need to provide us with a reference so we know who you are,
please use your XML2010 User name i.e. first 3 letters of surname
followed by first 3 letters of first name. e.g. John Smith becomes
SMIJOH.

By post/in person

To apply for membership please download and print the application form. Complete the form and return this to our Membership Secretary at the address below. Please enclose your cheque made payable to Daventry Squash Club for the correct amount. Our fees can be found here.

Members not renewing by 1st October risk having their fob disabled and will be charged for reconnection.
